Pitt County Young Life is hosting our first annual Sporting Clays fundraiser on Saturday, October 11th at Hunter’s Pointe Sporting Clays. We have an incredible event planned with competitive and casual shooting, fellowship, food, raffles, and prizes. We couldn’t do the ministry we do with teenagers without the generous support of friends like you in our community. We'd like to invite you to consider participating and sponsoring our tournament to help make our fundraiser a success financially.

Tournament Information:
Registration will be from at 10:00-11:30am at Hunter's Pointe followed my lunch, rules and safety briefing. Shooting will begin at approximately 12:00pm. The tournament will conclude around 3:00pm where we will award prizes for raffle winners, top team, and top individual shooters. The Hevi-Shot competition will be at 10:30am prior to the start of the tournament. In order to keep the tournament both competitive and casual, we will split the scores into two flights and award both an overall winner and secondary flight winner.
What is the Hevi Shot Competition?
The Hevi Shot Competition will be open only to top-level sponsors and will occur before registration. The individual winner of this unique shooting competition will receive a top-tier prize.
What do shooters need to bring?
A shotgun, eye protection, and comfortable casual clothes for shooting. Young Life will provide shotgun shells and ear plugs. If you'd like to bring your own golf cart or side by side you're welcome to do so. Four-wheelers are not allowed.
Who can participate & how do I register my team?
Sponsors can fill their team with anyone from casual to competitive shooters. Shooters must be 16 years of age or older. Individual shooters will be assigned together on a team of other individual registrants. Sponsors should provide the name and contact info of their team captain below. Our office will reach out as the tournament draws closer to collect names and necessary info (including shirt size, gauge of shotgun shells needed, etc.).
